Life skills teach kids how to make wise decisions in both everyday and more abstract long-term scenarios, as making excellent decisions is not something that comes naturally to them. When we assist a child in developing social skills, we set them up for success in managing peer pressure and making wise decisions when they become adults.Having strong emotional intelligence helps a youngster navigate the ups and downs of puberty and prevents him from making poor choices in the future.
